Pronounced "Lei-a-He," Leahi is more than just a name-it's a movement.
It all began 13 years ago in Hawaii, when my son, Jason Coleman, opened the first Leahi Health location. Inspired by a love of real food and wellness, Jason handcrafted every recipe, creating his own kombucha, dressings, and sauces. Today, he operates five thriving Leahi Health restaurants-four on Oahu and one on Kauai.

Now, that same island spirit and dedication to plant-based living has arrived in The Villages, Florida. With an active and vibrant community here, we saw the perfect opportunity to bring Leahi Health to life in TV-offering food that energizes, heals, and helps people become the best version of themselves.
At Leahi Health, we serve no dairy, meat, or seafood, and our menu is gluten-friendly and organic whenever possible.
Why plants?
Plant-based foods are rich in fiber and natural protein, helping you feel fuller longer and supporting your body's natural rhythms. They also help regulate appetite hormones and promote digestive health.
We understand that a plant-based lifestyle may not be for everyone-but we're here to offer a fresh and flavorful option for those who want to try.
As Hippocrates wisely said:
"Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food."
Fresh. Tasty. Healthy.
